1 bedroom available in two bedroom apartment , bedroom is not furnished. I have one dog and preferably another female since I am also female. My previous roommate Is moving after the lease is ending at the end of May. We had a 12 mo lease. This apartment was just remodeled before we moved in with hard floors new electric stove, fridge, and dishwasher. I’m up for all questions!!

Hello I am here to help myself and you, I know rent is high and it’s hard to pay thousands for a place on you’re own, so I was thinking I don’t like cleaning but I love a clean respected home if you are willing to clean 22 hours a month, you can pay 300$ if not then 900 and I’ll hire help to clean. I am a very quiet person and respectful so it gos for both of us no no guests or sleepovers. Unless if it’s your mom and dad then I don’t mind that. Parents are allowed. 🙏 but no sleep overs this is a good opportunity to save some money.
