I work from home as a writer under the pseudonym Tyler Thomas in my gated community with a pool, gym, and Jacuzzi.
There is one other roommate/renter - Retired, very laid back, easy going man, 68yo. In his own separate, private room, quiet, stays to himself mostly.
You must be good with animals, as my cat is like my kid and needs to be treated as such.
You will have access to the kitchen, washer & dryer and dishwasher. Provide your own detergent, food and toiletries.
