Im a professional. I'm looking for roommates. The house is 3,000 sqft and two stories. It has 2 living rooms, a game room, a furnished patio, an upstairs lounge, and 3 refrigerators. It's a 6 bdrm 3 baths with a garage.

Me and my girlfriend are very down to earth and respectable people. We like to chill and smoke and play games. We also like to go out and do things like the movies or going to the beach when possible. Or even as simple as grabbing a bite to eat.

My apartment is completely furnished with the living room furniture (just as in the pictures) and a sofa with pull-over. And has all the basic appliances and equipment. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary kitchen ware, cooking wares etc. There is a refrigerator and a washer and dryer in the apartment also.  The bedroom has extra sets of bedspreads and duvets. The wardrobes and drawers have been emptied already. The bathroom is well tidy and comfy too. I arranged 2 fresh sets of towels in the bath just in case too. Rent covers the most important utilities i.e. electricity, water ,gas, telephone, Internet, Tv/cabled and garbage disposal.

Large family home with swimming pool Our family lives in a 4 bedroom house in Orange Park on the westside of Jacksonville, Florida. Our home is a 5 minute walk to St. Johns Country Day School - a prestigious college-prep school for grades K-12. We are also on a bus route to public schools and I teach at one of the local high schools. We have a large eat-in kitchen and separate dining room. There is a swimming pool, with BBQ grill in the over sized back yard. Very quiet well sought out area. Small community, but less than a 5 minute drive to local malls and stores. My daughter and I love baking and cooking, so special dishes will be provided from time to time. We are very active and social in church, so we are always busy doing something fantastic. We also travel every chance we get, mostly on long weekends and holidays.
