We don’t rent out rooms to people living in Perth or its surrounds including as far south as Bunbury and far north as Geraldton. I’m originally from Buenos Aires and my husband London. Our house will only suit those that are looking for peace and quiet and who don’t smoke or vape, if you do please don’t make a booking. We don’t play loud music and it is a child-free environment. There is a bus stop 10 minutes away that will take you directly into the Perth CBD or a bus to Warwick Train Station which is 4 stops from Perth Underground Train Station. In the opposite direction is Joondalup train station. We require a video call with the guest before we accept your booking and identification on arrival.

We are living in 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Our new house in new development with friendly neighborhood and beautiful park (with flying fox). Local pristine beach short walking distance (800m) from the house. It is 7-10 min driving to Yanchep National Park and 5 min drive to Yanchep Lagoon beach. Our home is walking distance from bus stop. We have small but very cosy house and will be happy accommodate travelers for short term(1-2 months is fine)

I've recently finished the build journey of my beautiful 4X2 house, and am excited to list my spare room on homestay as my way of giving back to the community and assisting like minded travellers in Perth. I was born and raised in Ballajura, so I know the NOR Perth area well for plenty of tourist or food hot spots for you to hit up. I'm a very genuine and laid-back open minded person so transparency and empathy are my hosting values. Looking forward to hosting you in my place!

I live with my 2 dogs (nearly 6yr old greyhound and 1yr old whippet). Both my dogs, LOVE: people, company, food, dogs, kids, food! I work full time in the City (1-2 days from home). You can catch the bus to Warwick train station (10min) then you can get the train to the city (City campus) or Joondalup (ECU) in 15min. If you are studying at UWA it is an hour (plenty of time to catch up on your pre-readings!). Or you can travel with me to the train station when I drive there in the mornings.

I live in my home with my fiance, we do clean our home after cooking and other activities. We love sport and movies, and we are friendly people.

Warwick BB provide three en-suite rooms. General facilities are - Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan, all bedding and bathroom accessories, free Wi-Fi and Car parking . Daily housing keeping. Good location, walk to shopping center and train station, easy access to freeway and sandy beaches. We offer homely and friendly environment for all the guests.

Great location 15min to CBD and airport, bus stop, friendly, gym equipment, shops, parking available. 6 year old son, cat and chickens(backyard) as pet. Parks nearby, beach about 18 minutes

A lovely 4x2 house with a pool. A single bedroom with single bed and desk to let. Cooking facilities available to cook meals. No children or pets in the house. Only two adults to share the house with. Rental is $260.00 per week with a month’s deposit required. Driveway parking is available.

I am a Nutritionist I prepare delicious healthy food I come from South America - I speak Spanish - French - Italian and of course English I have students from Japan - Hong Kong and South America. I am a friendly and helpful home stay parent.
