I'm super nerdy and I love gaming, books, anime, and dungeons & dragons I am partially deaf so I do speak at a bit of a loud volume but I can't quiet down if given a reminder. I'm also a bit of a night owl and will likely go to bed between 11:00 and 1:00 in the morning. I do have AuADHD so direct and honest communication is appreciated

I have 2 kids that don't live with me, I am a car guy that is both very handy and very cleanly. As well as I have 1 very well trained cat that is spayed and not destructive

I am an extremely clean, respectful and considerate person without being overly uptight. I’m looking for someone who own a home with a clean, large, fenced in backyard as I have a 2 year old dog with lots of energy who I’d love to provide the space to run and play in. Unfortunately I’m not in a place in life where I can buy a house of my own so this is my next best option! I’m not a huge fan of dog parks either as you never know what you’re going to get there as far as aggressive or unvaccinated dogs are concerned. I’m a working professional and I work from home. I’m a pretty social person who loves to travel, workout and spend time with my dog. My current lease ends in mid-July 2026 which is why I’m looking for a new spot around that time frame.

No pets. It’s a 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house; 1800 sqft. Your bed room and bathroom are upstairs. You will share the upstairs with 2 nice and friendly ladies. There is an older working couple living downstairs in the master bedroom with their own bathroom.
