The entire second floor of our quiet, historic home is available for let. You will have access to your own kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry facilities, and bedroom. Our house was built in 1920 and has been lovingly and carefully renovated. We are in the much-desired area of 12South - 2 blocks from countless restaurants, coffee shops, and much more. Also on 12South, you will find a bus line that can get you to most places in our compact city. Just a few blocks from our house you will find the community center, offering a great place to workout! We are a quiet family of 3 (our son is 14) with a black lab named Shirely and two cats named Sunny and Stormy (like the weather here in Nashville :)!). We look forward to hosting you in our home!

There are two bedrooms, a total of three queen beds. The living room includes a dedicated workspace in one corner as well as a dining table which is also great for board games and family fun. The whole space was renovated just two years ago with short-term renters in mind from the welcome station to the luxurious shower to the common areas for your family to enjoy.
