Located in Austin, TX, United States
Rent: $700/month + shared utilities
The private bedroom includes access to a shared bathroom. The common areas are fully furnished, so you'll only need to furnish your bedroom. With two living rooms, there's plenty of shared space to relax, create, or unwind. We appreciate someone who helps keep common areas clean and organized.
A little about us: We're both working professionals who stay busy with work. We're creative, musically inclined, and enjoy a peaceful, friendly home with a relaxed atmosphere. We're looking for someone who values mutual respect, open communication, and a comfortable shared living environment.
The home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of wildlife, making it a great place to come home to after a busy day. One roommate has a friendly cat, so you'll need to be comfortable living with one.
If you're looking for a comfortable home rather than just a place to stay, we'd love to hear from you. Send us a message telling us a little about yourself and what you're looking for in a shared home.
