It is me and my pup Tuna. He has his own room and is crated when I am not home. I am a surgical assistant and typically work 9-10 hour days and also weekends. Quiet and clean environment. 90 day min stay per my HOA, there is an application fee through them of 300$ and they do require up to 30 days to process an application. Typically prefer Venmo or Zelle for payments.

Easy going, I work a lot, so you pretty much will have the house to yourself. Pets are well behaved. We even have pickleball courts!
