I'm going to be moving from my current location next month and I'm trying to get ahead of the Curve. I'm clean, peaceful and friendly and I always pay my rent on time.

I just need to get out of my parents house. I am planning out in mid June. So that way, I need to invest my money so I can get out of state anytime soon. I work at Target full time and am a part time student at art school. I'm mostly alone and don't bother anyone. I do my homework, gaming and story writing. I watch something on Netflix or etc. I just want to be independent for a while.

The truth???? Well, my last girlfriend a year and a half ago had access to too much information she used the smaller second bedroom as an office for accounting and taxes. And things started missing out of the garage and other places so I asked her to please move out. Well during that time she got enough information on me when she was Home Alone to go out and get 13 loans for $20,000 in my name with some other guy that looked like me. All is good now. I am a really nice guy I will have you laughing whenever you're around and you have the whole place to yourself and do whatever. Now I believe that subleasing is not cool so you would be a friend. The main reason I am looking for a female roommate is I have had in the past much better luck with sharing 50/50 in keeping the kitchen bathroom and floors clean. Do have a washer and dryer and you are welcome to use them and in the past I have shared in keeping the towel shelf stocked in the bathroom.
