It's an affordable place to stay for events & holidays such as the concerts in St. Anne's Park & Malahide Castle www.concertexpress.ie , annual Phil Lynott birthday celebration at The Bloody Stream Howth in August, Halloween, Christmas shopping in Dublin etc. The main bathroom is for exclusive use by guests & has an instant shower. Room 1 is a Twin Room on the ground floor near the main door, giving easy access & privacy. Room 2 is a Single Room upstairs & can be a good room for students or solo travellers & Room 3 is a Twin Room also upstairs, next to the bathroom. All rooms have Tea / Coffee facilities.

Beautiful 2 bed apartment on the banks of the Royal canal. Situated in a nice quiet area with lots of amities right on your doorstep. Supermarket, artisan coffee shops, bars, yoga studios, tourist anttractions, all 5 min walk away at most. Matter hospital- 5 min walk Temple street hospital - 10 min walk Luas stop - 5min walk City centre 15- min walk. Bus stop routes to the city 3min walk. Several 3rd level colleges within walking distance. The room itself had a very cosy double bed, lots of wardrobe space and also has a study desk and chair. I’m Cormac, owner occupier, I work in sales and tend to travel for my job, I’m passionate about food and wine and love to cook. My favourite hobby is sea swimming and like to spend most weekend going for a dip.

Over 25s only please. This is a single room in a three bed house, sharing with the owner. The bed is a 90cm wide single. You have sole use of the main bathroom and plenty of storage in your room - wardrobe, locker and chest of drawers. Change of sheets and towels are provided. There is a large kitchen with access to the sunny and secure garden. House is very secure behind electric gates. I am away from home regularly so you would be staying alone in the house sometimes. Maximum stay is 3 months. Stay is only suitable for people who are out working/studying during week days, no work from home guests accepted. No pets. Hairdryer and iron available. My strict policy for stays of more than 1 month is to ask for 25% payment of the first month’s rent, paid 1 month before the stay starts. The remaining 75% of first month is paid on arrival, and each subsequent month is paid at the beginning of each month.

We are 15 minutes on the bus to city of Dublin. 25 minutes' walk from our house into the city. we live in a quiet estate. My husband and I live together. our two children are grown up and do not live with us at the moment. My son may come back to live with us from abroad.
