4:20 friendly but no tobacco in the house. If you smoke cigarettes you may do so at the patio table. There is a 120lb purebred German Shepherd in the house that will want to establish a bond with you. Love of dogs is necessary.

I have good hygiene and tend to keep a clean space. I am very respectful of other people's boundaries and very open to communicating any issues. I don't tend to bring lots of people over or make so much noise, I keep to myself and can make you feel very welcomed.

I'm clean, I work overnights, I would either never be home or just sleep and leave most days. I'm a quiet keep to myself kind of person and I will always try to leave the place better than when I got there

I’m a CA native and have lived in San Diego for 35 years. I have two college students of my own that attend college out of state. I’m looking to rent out 2 rooms in my home. There is a full bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. It’s a large furnished room. We have a full kitchen, washer dryer and a gym in the garage. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The home is about 12 min to UCSD. 20 min to SDSU. 15 minutes to USD. 5 minutes to beaches of PB and La Jolla
