The bathroom is located in the hallway and is shared with me (I am very clean). The full-size washer and dryer are located upstairs by the two bedrooms. This home features an open floor plan with a fully equipped shared kitchen. All essential cooking appliances and utensils are available for you to use. The kitchen also features ample counter space, with a refrigerator and a kitchen island with space for your groceries. WIFI and utilities are included in the monthly rental fee. Street parking is available.
