Our home is located in the beautiful city of Santa Clarita, North of Los Angeles. Our community is very family oriented and is filled with lots of amenities such as, pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, & parks. Very clean and safe community. We have 24hr security patrol on call. Our family consists of four people, myself, my Fiancé, our 4 year old son, and our 16 year old son. Our 16 year old is with us 30% of the time and his biological mother has him the other 70%. We have two dogs, Mimi and Rocky. We're about 45 mins away from downtown Los Angeles and 45 mins from the Beach. We have plenty of public transportation, local buses, trains, bike trails, and uber/lyft.

This is one bedroom of a two bedroom apartment with its own large en-suite full bathroom and walk in closet. (I will be sleeping in the second bedroom although I'm out most of the day). The building has a pool, a jacuzzi, a full fitness centre (which is 24/7) Parking as well as a business centre. The apartment has washer dryer in unit. It is located just on the cusp of downtown LA, with easy accesses to the freeways, and walking distance to bars restaurants and shopping in downtown! You’ll love my place because of the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Hello! My mother is renting out a furnished downstairs bedroom in Palmdale, CA. It has a shared bathroom. Rent includes utilities and wireless internet. They have a big TV that you can enjoy. My mother also loves to cook. You will love her Filipino cooking. They both speak Tagalog. I come to visit on the weekends sometimes because I'm still in school. My major is in teaching English as a Second Language and Speech-Language Pathology. I have studied Japanese, Spanish, and Tagalog. I have been hosting since 2000, 4 bedroom detached house with yard. parking on driveway. it is in a quiet and safest area but with easy public transportation at the door and freeway exit close by. walk to shops and restaurant, hills with trails. good schools around. neighbors are mostly young families and professional.

We are a friendly household. We enjoy taking our dogs out for walks and to the park. We are home bodies, so we will be home everyday.

I’m quite and keep to myself. I hangout in the living room watching tv or reading. I cook occasionally and go out with friends. Very inclusive and social.
