I am disabled and renting this room would help me out so much. The room is upstairs it's got 3 big windows. There's a full bathroom across the hall. My children are only there part time. I have 2 boys age 11 and 14. Pets I would prefer not because I already have 2 cats. They don't like other cats but can get along with dogs depending on dog. This room is the size of a big living room. I do have a couple twin beds and a dresser in the bedroom that can be used. Along with extra storage space in basement.
