I am offering a single bedroom in a family home in Stretford with shared facilities. Excellent locations to Trafford General Hospital (2.8 miles), Old Trafford football ground (2.3 miles); Media City (4.2 miles), and Manchester City Centre. Great transport links with easy access to M60 local buses and trams. You would be sharing the property with my husband and I plus my son. It is a five-bed, three level mid-terrace non-smoking home. Your room would be on the 1st floor. It is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, work desk and chair. Happy to provide all necessary bedding and towels. There is good WiFi and Freeview TV. There is a shared bathroom situated on the 1st floor however my son works away a lot so a lot of the time it's dedicated to you. There is access to the kitchen and use of the lounge area for meals. You will also have access to the outdoor area and if you have a bike, it can be stored in the shed. There is street parking. English is our first language, but my husband speaks a little Bulgarian, and French. We love traveling, meeting new people and consider ourselves quite creative - "different is good". The room is available from mid November 2025
