Convenient to University of Richmond & VCU, you are also minutes from nearby hospitals, restaurants & major stores. Close to I-95 & I-295. Parking available. Stays longer than 28 days are allowed but must be re-booked separately as the price may change. Sorry no pets/children/visitors/smoking/vaping. The bedroom has a twin day bed with a trundle bed underneath. Please see the pictures for details. There are soft, medium, and firm pillows provided. The mattresses are brand new Cool Gel memory foam with memory foam mattress toppers. In-room 32" TV with DTV antenna, earbuds, vanity mirror, full-length mirror, ceiling fan, smoke/CO detector, USB charging ports, alarm clock, Wi-Fi. I also have a printer if you need to print a few pages, call or text to make arrangements.
