I am a warm friendly person whose 18 year old son has begun his 1st year in University. I also have a very curious 4 year old cat. My home is a 15 minute walk to Parsons Green Tube, The River Thames is a minute walk, a large supermarket is a few minutes walk and also bus stops which have buses stopping frequently. My home is ideal for people who travel into central London often as Parsons Green Station (District line) is good for access to most train lines via Earls Court Station. This area is safe, I’ve never had any problems walking around here alone. There are pay as you ride bicycles points along this street also car parking which is pay by phone or the RingGo App. Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm free all day Sunday’s. If you enjoy taking walks there are 2 lovely parks close by. I have never received complaints from other companies I have host for as I maintain my home and also ensure that my guests who stay in my home feel comfortable and content. If you stay in my home you will get to know London – easy routes to central London and you will get a real feel for it as soon as you walk out the front door. If needed I’m here to answer all your questions and offer you support/guidance whether this is a social visit or studies.

This is a bright reasonably sized double room in a Victorian house in quiet north London residential street. Excellent transport links to central London, west end, Camden, airports etc. Hampstead Heath and Highgate very close (5 mins on overground). Zone 2. Wi-fi. Washing machine can be used. Feel free to use the garden and roof terrace. There are 3 of us here, and 4 cats. Bathroom is shared with one other person. You’re welcome to use the kitchen (and clean up after yourself!) - please just check re times for cooking! There’s a dishwasher. There is a fridge you can have for your own use and limited cupboard space.

We live on a quiet road in North London near to the Zone 2 Archway tube station. The double rooms are all large. Cereal, toast and tea or coffee is provided as a light breakfast. There are restaurants, fast food takeaways and shops in the area Parking is available on the road but there is a two hour restriction, Monday to Friday between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon. During the restricted parking period there is metered parking in the area Guests should note that this is only bed and breakfast accommodation and no kitchen, cooking, microwave, electric kettle or laundry facilities are available to guests. This suits the vast majority of our guests who are tourists visiting London for a short stay. Please note that if you want the comprehensive facilities of a more expensive self-contained flat this accommodation is not for you.

I live in a house with a very large spare room. The bed is super king but can be made into single beds. My house is very welcoming. The bathroom is shared. Guests welcome to make light use of the kitchen and garden. I food should be eaten in the dining room. Shoes should be left in the porch.

I live with my youngest son who is a lovely boy. I have 3 other children who live close We live 5 mins from Archway Station and buses that take you all over London. We have a leisure centre near by, supermarkets and we have Aldi supermarket which is reasonable cheaper than most supermarkets. We have lovely parks in walking distance. The double room is lovely and bright. 2 separate toilets. On the floor am renting there is a toilet and bathroom. We share the bathroom. There is. Outside space to go and sit in. I get on well with my neighbours but do not live in each others pockets. I love to cook and love Organic foods and healthy foods. I only have 1 person to a room PLEASE NOTE NO PORK ALLOWED IN THIS HOME EITHER IN THE FRIDGE OR IN THE KITCHEN. NOT EVEN DRIED OR CURED SALAMI, HAM.
