🏡 Looking for 2 Roommates in Rancho Santa Margarita! Hi everyone! I'm looking for two roommates, preferably women, who would be interested in renting a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom or 3-bedroom/3-bathroom home together in Rancho Santa Margarita. Based on my research of the current rental market, I'm estimating $1,200–$1,400 per person, depending on the property, room sizes, and amenities. A little about me: I'm a full-time designer with a stable career, good credit, and a clean background. I work Monday through Friday, 8–5, and generally enjoy peaceful evenings at home. Outside of work, I love cooking, music, art, gardening, traveling, and crafting.I enjoy being social and occasionally hosting friends, but I'm equally happy having my own space and downtime. I'm considerate of shared spaces and believe in open communication, mutual respect, and healthy boundaries. I'm comfortable with roommates having guests as long as they're people they know and trust, and everyone is mindful of each other's comfort and privacy. What I'm looking for: Ideally, I'd love to find two responsible, financially stable, and considerate roommates who appreciate a clean, peaceful home but also enjoy a little personality and warmth in their living environment. I don't expect us to be best friends, but it would be nice to genuinely enjoy living together, communicate openly, and create a home where everyone feels comfortable and respected. If this sounds like a good fit, I'd love to connect and explore some options together! 😊

I’m Melody (38), a SoCal artist who loves design, illustration and fine art. I have several neurological conditions and movement disorders, so I spend most of my time home reading or playing with my dog, Mango!

hi I go by Quinn, I have 2 sweet dogs but 1 is very anxious around new people so I'd want her to meet any roomates prior to moving in. I'm an online student and do gig work at times so I get out of the house but not every day. I clean up after myself and weirdly don't mind cleaning the bathroom. I keep to myself for the most part, the dogs are cuddly though :)

Built with military values, powered by caffeine, and fueled by a work ethic most people think is a personality disorder. I'm a Director of Sales & Development for a major HVAC and Plumbing company. I work hard, stay busy, handle my responsibilities, and don't bring drama home. I respect people, their privacy, and their space. I'm not looking for a party house or daily episodes of reality TV. I pay my bills, keep things clean, communicate directly, and believe grown adults should act like grown adults. If you want a roommate who's dependable, accountable, financially stable, and capable of fixing just about anything in the house, I'm your guy. If you're looking for drama, excuses, or chaos, keep scrolling.

I'm pretty easy to go along with. I don't get into people's business. I have thick skin so I can take a joke. I give people their space and privacy, so sometimes you may not notice i'm even there, but i'm pretty social, so you can always come and talk to me.
