I'm extremely young looking and very "with it"., People constantly tell me I look 50. I'm on the aged / military pension but I have additional income and assets. I enjoy pubs & bars for socialising. Favourites in Adelaide include The Old Noarlunga Hotel, Harry's Bar and Shotgun Willie's. I'm a decent, clean and tidy, divorced guy with no weird habits. No mental illness, dirty or perverted types please.

I live on my own with my 2 little dogs and work full-time hours at the local high school. My parents live close buy and they visit weekly and I have a 23yr old daughter that lives with her partner. I do host International younger students in the main home that attend schools locally. I live in Morphett Vale, south of the city but a very short walk to either States Rd or Main South Rd to catch buses anywhere. I love to hang out with my friends, go away in my caravan when I can, gardening and op-shopping. I live in a 3 bedroom house and you would live in a huge renovated and furnished rumpus room attached to the home by the entertainment area.

Hello, Our fairly new home is in Blackwood, a beautiful, safe area at the foot of the Adelaide hills, with the best of both worlds: perfectly located with quick, easy access to the city, but with a country town lifestyle and surroundings.... - a 1 minute walk to the train station, for a direct train in to the city, or via bus to nearby Flinders Uni - just 10km away from the CBD - just 800m from Australia's 2nd oldest national park in Belair, excellent for koala and kangaroo spotting Our home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen and living area, butlers pantry, and laundry (we're still finishing the last few things outside and inside the house, with a temporary but very functions version of the kitchen in place currently). It has ducted reverse cycle airconditioning, plus we have a wood fire when it's cold. There's a large 4k smart TV in the living area with Netflix, a Wii games console, as well as unlimited high speed wifi internet. Our large property is surrounded by trees, so we've been visited by many koalas this year, as well as hundreds of different birds and Australian wildlife. We have many local cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets all within a short walk, and Adelaide largest shopping centre is nearby at Marion. Universities: Blackwood is closest to Flinders Uni, although the train makes it easiest to get to Adelaide Uni and Uni SA in the city. If you're able to drive a car, Magill Uni is 20-25mins away. We love to travel, meet new people and are involved in our local community. We are currently fostering a very lovable dog Ruby, but don't have any other pets or children, and are both non-smokers. The guest bedroom is furnished, has a queen size bed, desk, built in robes and sunset views through the trees. Bills are included in the price. If you'd also like lunch or dinner included, this can be arranged at an extra cost. We eat a very lush low carb/keto lifetyle, so can even accomodate that if you like. We look forward to hearing from you :)

Lovely modern 4 bedroom, 2 living areas home that is located on 5-6 kms out of the city. The beach is about 5-6 kms away and a large shopping centre is only 2 streets away. Very easy to get to Adelaide University, Uni SA and Flinders University. 5 minute walk to the nearest bus and train station. I'm a business professional woman who works as a Trainer/Recruitment Specialist for a recruitment software company. I have been hosting students for the past 17 years from all over the world. I love meeting new people and showing them around our beautiful city/State. Our family is grown up now and living in their own homes, so its lovely to have company in the house. The boys do come for dinner on occasion and love meeting new people too. I've hosted students from China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Canada, South Africa, Brazil, & Columbia. We have a large kitchen with all the cooking appliances and equipment you could need. It is located at the rear of the house and has a dining room and lounge room as part of this open living area. At the other end of the house there is a separate lounge room. At the rear of the house is a large undercover alfresco area with an outdoor kitchen, spa and sauna and a large grassed north facing rear yard where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. I have 2 bathrooms, 1 is an ensuite off of my bedroom that I use. The 2nd main bathroom is shared between the 3 bedrooms and has a large shower, bath tub, 2 hand basins and a separate toilet room. There is 3 rooms available, 2 have double beds with a large built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, storage shelves and a study lamp. The 3rd bedroom has a king single bed with large built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, storage shelf and study lamp. I have 2 beautiful miniature maltese dogs who have lots of love to give.
