Currently seeking a roommate to rent a spacious bedroom on the second floor. It comes with a private full bathroom. Specious backyard and peace and quiet.

Hello, we are married couple with no children living in the home. We work from home and are easily available to answer questions and assist based on our availability. We have 2 rooms that share 1.5 baths together. We are located in what is voted one of Atlanta's best walking neighborhoods, Virginia Highland. Our home is a renovated 1925 Craftsman style bungalow for which our neighborhood is known. Walk to nearby restaurants, shops, boutiques, parks, nightlife and festivals. We are central to all Atlanta has to offer. The light breakfast we provide is upon arrival and is available to get you started depending on length of stay. We have been hosting our home to the corporate traveler and international students since 2013. We have many happy guests and students that have left us very heart warming reviews over the years. When requesting to stay with us please tell us a bit about yourself, the nature of your visit and your expected schedule. Let us know if you have any special needs or requests. **Due to the pandemic we have paused our hosting. We hope to return to welcoming guests by April 2021. It will be our pleasure to welcome you. Hey! Me and my fiancé own a house in West Knoxville, close to turkey creek area. We are in our early twenties and have a 16 mo old son. We dodo have one male roommate already that we are good friends with. Also in his early 20s. Must be okay with dogs! We have 3 dogs but they are pretty well trained. We all work during the day but at night we like to relax, watch movies, play games, or have a fire outside occasionally we will have a group of friends over for drinks as well!

My private home offers a decent experience in a convenient location. It is an older two story home. Ideal for a guest who likes to experience the feel of yesteryears; still, close to modern days amenities. The room is cozy and there is a twin size mattress placed on a futon, a small TV, desk & chair, and a puzzle table. A kitchenette overlooking the patio is available and shared when other guests occupy the larger room. It has a small fridge, a microwave, a hot plate, pots, pans, utensils, a juicer, and a coffee maker. The full-size bathroom is also shared. One parking space is available per booking. Use of the laundry room is permitted for guests who stays after 7 days and is limited to 2 loads. Common area is available to give a guest the feel of a home away from home. The use of the fire pit outside is permitted responsibly. It is my personal home and is best suited for a guest while on a short-term business assignment, a college student testing the road to independence, or someone exploring the possibility to relocate close to the border of North Carolina but selects Rock Hill due to the most favorable cost of living condition.

I have 4 bedrooms. I have international students at my home. I enjoy being a host family because I love students and because I have an international background it is a pleasure to host students from all over the world.

My name is Lavonda and my husband is Christopher. We have been hosting guests since 2017. We are very sociable hosts that want our guests to feel comfortable as if they were at home. I work remotely and Christopher does ride-share for Lyft. And will provide guests rides for a minimal fee.

Start your day with a cup of coffee just outside your room and end it with a beverage of your choice on the large screened in porch overlooking the river. where sometimes the wood fired pizza oven is cooking up a delicious hand made pizza.
