It's just me and my other roommate. Have a room available. We have a cleaning lady that comes every 2 weeks to tidy up. Both work full time.

I live in a housing complex in rural Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It is located between NYC and Philadelphia with easy access to both. It is a two-story condo with 2 bedrooms in total, 2 and 1/2 baths, a spacious living room, den, and large kitchen. Modern/earth tone furnishings with walls filled with memorbilia from nearly seventy countries.

We are a family of 4 that lives 20 miles from Philadelphia with a 5 bedroom house. The train station to Philly is a 4 minute walk from our house. We have a single room addition to our house that is perfect for a couple. It has its own bathroom w/ TV, and access to our kitchen. Although, we wold like to have meals together with the family staying with us.

My home is a very nice place to relax after a long and busy day. It is a cozy ranch style home located (just outside Philadelphia) in Bensalem PA. It is very close to Roosevelt Blvd/Route 1 and I-95; short walk to public transportation (bus). I have a private bedroom for 1 guest with a nice size living-dining room to lounge and relax. Very close to several shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants and the Parx Casino. Guests may use the washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and kitchen. Nice front and back yard, street parking. Non-smokers only. No pets allowed. I look forward to being your host in 2017!

Nice back yard. Kid friendly. Washer and dryer in bathroom. Parking, nice quite neighborhood. Walking and driving distance to any thing. Peaceful
