This part of Greenpoint, Brooklyn is quiet at night which is quite a precious aspect of NYC. All the while it is a few blocks from lots of great restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and cocktail bars. The apartment is a 4 bed 2 bath where I live in one bedroom and rent out the other 3. There is a rooftop with a spectacular view of the East River and Manhattan as well as a large private backyard where I have a garden and a giant fruiting mulberry you're welcome to eat from. In the apartment enjoy a fully equipped large kitchen with spices, oils and an espresso machine if you'd like. The living room has a 50 inch smart TV will all the streaming platforms. The space is curated with plant life and art from stories in my life. I am a Musician, Mixologist, Tantric Practitioner and a people person. I like to meet and get to know my guests and I am usually around during the day. I also understand and respect wanting to have alone time and happy to create space for it.

Me and my roommate are renewing our lease and need to fill the third room in our apartment. Right off the Myrtle/Wyckoff L/M stop! The unit is 3bd/1.5ba with a semi-private backyard and in-building laundry. It's a split-level ground-floor apartment, so we have the ground floor and basement (with direct laundry access!), however the basement is reserved for the other roommate or during parties. Your room would be on the front end of the apartment, with an east-ish facing window onto the street. A guarantor is required by the management.

The rooms that need to be filled are $1340.50 each (both fit a queen bed, one with a big closet, the other bedroom is the “master” with no closet.) We have a fourth room (bedroom 3) with a closet (that’s used as the master bedroom closet) that has no windows that is used as storage. Total rent is $3900 and utilities are about $60 per person a month. The half bathroom is just a toilet FYI! Central A/C and heating, stainless steel appliances, roof access. Laundry is in the basement but doesn’t work reliably but we go to Knickerbocker Laundromat which is steps away from our apartment and super clean and nice! Our apartment is equal distant from the Morgan and Jefferson L train and minutes away from great restaurants and shopping.
