Our home is welcoming, spacious, light and airy. Your mini-suite includes a bedroom with a comfy queen bed, an inviting sitting room with a built-in desk, smart TV and your own bath located at to opposite end of the house from our room. You can share our kitchen, dining room and laundry as well. From our front patio, enjoy a view of the Sandia mountains to the east and watch them turn pink in the evening as the sun sets. You can also enjoy the enclosed backyard patio and gas grill.

I am a creative person and work from my home doing design and art projects. Your private room has a brand new memory foam mattress. There is a shared full bath, kitchen and den with a flat screen TV. Free WiFi is available upon check-in. Of course the back yard and pool are open for your enjoyment also in the Summer. Payment in full must be completed via PayPal or Venmo prior to arrival. You may hold your reservation by paying a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay. A full refund of the deposit is available up to 7 days prior to your stay. We live in a nice 4 bedroom 2 bath home, our home is about 2000 sq. ft. it is a quiet area and is about a 1/4 mile from Central Ave, the same street as UNM. We have a spacious open kitchen area with a dining area, couch, and a fireplace, we also have a separate living room off of the front entry. We have 1 dog and 2 cats. We have a great view of the mountains.
