We are in the center north of the agglomeration of Quebec City. The house is set in a wonderful lot that has very large trees and a cedar hedge surrounding it, directly on the 'Parc de la Rivière Saint Charles' and on the Bike Path 'Corridor des Cheminots' . Very well serviced by city buses, this is the best of both worlds. 3 Electric bike terminusses a short walk away. with a 10 min walk, you can also catch bus 804 that will get you to Laval University in 35 minutes. A very short 500m walk leads you to Wendake, the Huron amerindian reserve, with its prized museum, exquisite restaurants and fabulous Kabir Kouba waterfall(1km). You can also rent a canoe and enjoy the wonderful Saint Charles river directly! We love whole foods and bake goodies from time to time. We are a couple who work hard and savour quiet times when we are at home. We are looking for a long term rental person/couple for our upstairs bedroom. The use of the upstairs bathroom bath/shower and pharmacy space will be exclusive to this person. Other amenities are also possible.

My son and I live in my house. My home is on a quiet street in the village of Inverness. It is within walking distance to stores, hospital, Cabot Golf links, Bank and the beach. I have two main bedrooms and one small bedroom in my basement. The basement is just partially underground and there are windows in every room. If you would like to sit outside on the lawn that would be fine.

The guest house backs onto our horse stables. The horses are normally in the fields but may occasionally be in their stalls. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Search for sea glass on a beach steps from your accommodation. Learn as much as you would like to about Standardbred horses and harness racing. Meet and interact with the horses. There is also the possibility of boarding a horse, if you have one. The property includes a forest trail that you are welcome to explore. Enjoy witnessing a variety of wildlife and explore two ponds on the property. There is a never a shortage of subjects for a photographer! Plan a day trip to PEI, the Annapolis Valley, Halifax Region, Pictou, or to many other beautiful places nearby. We are about 30 minutes from Wentworth for skiing in the winter. There is a washing machine in the unit, but no dryer. Clothes can be hung to dry or we can help with providing access to a dryer in the colder months. There is a microwave, cooktop, and toaster oven, but no larger oven.

Hi there, We are renting a few rooms to students as short-term rental. We have a large house with 4 bedrooms. We are a very warm and friendly family; I live alone. We would be providing breakfast with each booking. There is also laundry available with internet access. The price you pay is all-inclusive of rent and utilities and we would be asking for full payment in cash upon the arrival and at the check-in time, unless your stay is more than 2 months, in that case we require payment of first and last month of rent at check-in time. Each month thereafter, payment would be due at the beginning of each month for that month's rent. As for myself, I work from home and I have a home-daycare, which operates from 8 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. The day-care is in the basement or first floor and the children stay there. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor (or 3rd if you count the basement). As for my hobbies, I enjoy reading, playing instrument, going out for walks or socializing with my friends. I'm sure you'd have a great and comfortable stay at my house :) Please note that bookings less than 7 nights will not be accepted. Also, while I appreciate socializing with my guests at food time at table, I also enjoy having my personal space and it is expected of the guests to respect that and not interfere with my personal space :)
