The house is about a 5 minute walk from the Dalhousie campus and right by bus stops for easy transportation. the house is a 7 bedroom house so great opportunity to meet people. we are all going into our 3rd year at dal and are in arts and science. rent is $1,025 a month but that is with all utilities included! please let me know if you are interested and i’ll be happy to show you pictures of the house!

The room includes a Queen-sized bed, closet, chest of drawers, blinds, standing lamp and lots of natural sunlight throughout the day. Large house located in a quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance to shopping and trails. Homeowner is a teacher and playwright who is also interested in music and film. There are two spare bedrooms. The rooms share a bath and there is a spare powder room on the main floor located with the common laundry. Large kitchen, separate dining room, entertainment room, and a wonderful deck with bbq.

The third room is quite small and can be used as a space to workout or do schoolwork. One parking space available outside. Apartment finishes include granite countertops and floor tile, laminate floors in the living room, glass-enclosed balcony, and building has a gym. Minutes from the new shopping center’s, French schools, and easy access to highway 102.

We live in a rural area very quiet about an hour and a half from the airport and 20 minutes from Bridgewater. Many people come because of the quietness, but a vehicle is a must if you want to get around there are no buses but you can get one from the Halifax airport to Bridgewater and rent-A-Car in Bridgewater

Our family consists of my son and myself. I have been a mom for 38 years with 3 of my children grown. I can provide a nurturing, caring environment. The room has a lovely desk, comfortable single mates bed with 3 drawers and a leather headboard, a double closet. The room is very private with it's own bathroom. The room has a large window with a lot of light. It is very quiet in our home. Our guest would have access to the living room, kitchen and wifi and cable.

My home is in quite executive neighbourhood overlooking a 9 holes Golf Course and close proximity to the airport, train station, city centre, parks, shopping, theatre, Aquatic Centre, civic centre and beautiful Sandy Beach & Marina. The suite consist of two bedrooms, one with one queen bed and 2nd with two queen beds, living room with fire place, tv, treadmill, dining table, full bathroom, desks, fridge, micro, toaster oven and hot breakfast. Good for business or leisure solo traveller or family travelling for quality time.
