We are a pet friendly (with exceptions) home that has 3 private rooms upstairs for rent. Fully furnished 1 Standard room with queen bed, dresser, end tables, full closet, A/C, ceiling fan. 1 Office/Lounge area with desk, futon, and tv. 1 In-home gym room which can be used for anything - it just currently keeps the gym equipment. Lots of closet and storage space. W/D on site Shared Bathroom, Kitchen, dining and living rooms. Full basement. 1.5 acres of fenced-in land with large deck. Directly across from County Park. Close to 3 highways, multiple hospitals and universities. 15 minutes from Downtown, 15 minutes from Kings Island. High Speed Wifi internet. Please note: there is a $39.99 Application Fee (non refundable) and a $175 cleaning fee at the end of your stay. (if you stay for less than 7 days the cleaning fee is $50).

I barely home , I have to jobs , I smoke cigarettes, I don't drink alcohol. I'm quiet , respectfull

.need a cheap room or corner somewhere to rent can afford around 700 until I get more stable income for now no more idc about living conditions or anything honestly just dont t have anyone to rely on out here .

Hello, I'm new to area just relocating from Florida for work. I'm looking for room to rent 60 miles from Nashville. I get paid for travel I've been staying in an extended stay and it's killing me financially but in order to get my driver license I need to be here for a month and remain there or bring in a lease to save me from my $673 a month car insurance because I have a Florida license and higher insurance as it's a job requirement. I remodel Kroger grocery stores. My morning starts at 3:30am and I usually get home around 4pm I am very quite and usually in bed by 8:30 Mon-Fri. I'm off on the weekends. I am a very positive person and like to volunteer my time. I am a Christian and a new Harley Davidson owner so if you have a garage that I am willing to pay for the space to keep my trike from the weather... bonus I love to cook and I'm good at it.

Looking for a trustworthy friendly roomate that can watch my child in Washington Court House on days I work. I live in a 1 room 1 bath apartment with a washer/dryer hybrid and a dishwasher. Taking the bedroom or livingroom to sleep in is optional. Rent and utilities would be free on your behalf if your capitable of taking care of a child. Would perfer a roomate that could help out, such as feeding them every few hours along with physical and mental indoor or outdoor learning/homework activities. Would also prefer a roomate that has their own car (optional) and who knows CPR in case of emergencies.
