My house is within walking distance of Campus and Campus Corner. It is one street away from the Fred Jones museum. My roommate has not been living here really but will officially be moving out in July. I am looking for a roommate before June 15th. Current rent is $725 but I am placing it around $800 in case it goes up a little bit. There are two bedrooms included in the other half of the house, both with closets, a backyard, but a shared parking spot/parking line. There is a shed in the backyard for storage.
