I am a 41 almost 42 year old male recently separated unemployed but get social security and have a small consistent amount of monthly income on top of ssi. Im looking for a room to rent whether it be in a apartment, house, studio apartment, duaplex etc, condo or even a trailer. I have reliable transportation. I am clean and organized, quiet, reliable, easy going, trustworthy and considerate when it comes to sharing living quarters and life in general. I have a criminal record but have been arrest free for 6 years and none of my crimes are sex or drug related.

I'd make a great roomate because I am clean and very organized and respectful of space and boundaries. I am shy at first and quiet mostly but will warm up eventually don't like things to be awkward. I like to have fun to but not partying I'm more of a person who just likes to dance and listen to music as fun in my freetime.
