This is a chill, no drama all Female, shared household. I do own this house & enjoy sharing it with a mix of Female students & working professionals. Although we are housemates, we share a community within the house & I make this the "home away from home" for everyone. This room rents for $850 per month plus $50 towards utilities plus $30 towards wifi. We are a friendly welcoming group who don`t smoke, vape, do any kind of drugs & very moderate drinking if at all. I encourage community & respect within the house. We always keep clean after ourselves & never leave a mess behind for our housemates to deal with & we all participate in the weekly cleaning of all common areas. Could you maintain this Ok? If this sounds good to you, then I would like to know more about you & who you are. We are an inclusive household, share dinners, BBQ`S, have movie & pizza nights ect. And still recognize everyone has their own schedules as well. Although everyone is independant, we enjoy the family atmosphere here as well. I have seen many of my housemates form lasting friendships with each other even when they are ready to move on to their next adventure. No smoking, vaping or 420/drugs.
