I am very good about cleaning up after myself and paying rent on time. I have 2 cats, one older and one under a year but fully litter trained. I have wiggle room with rent but insist on paying only my portion. Im generally very quiet, mostly either staying in my room or at work outside of necessities. I do have furniture that i will be bringing with me though it is minimal and will generally be kept to my room. I believe i can be a good roommate without necessarily befriending said roommate and again tend to keep to myself

Master suite with half bath and vanity, walk in closet. Large room! Room for a bed and a sitting area. There are pets here.

I’m social when it’s natural, but also respect quiet time — the perfect balance for a peaceful and friendly home.

I am a clean freak, I smoke outside, don't do drugs, and drink a little wine on occasions. I'm active, working with friends and walking a lot. I go to church, like fishing and swimming pretty much anything outside. I like museums, and watching movies I spend Saturday with my brothers for a couple hours. I read the Bible daily, and other books related to my faith, not a preachy or judgemental person. After spending time in Asia I'll be content in a furnished room, sharing a bathroom, kitchen and living space.
