It is tucked behind a large group of trees, and not being on a through street makes for a quiet apartment free of street noise. You'll have your own room and own bathroom. Rent is $700, not including utilities. Power and internet average out to max $100 each, per month. Living room and kitchen/dining room are furnished, but the room will not be. Available starting the beginning of February 2026. Looking for someone for a minimum of 1 year, but we can discuss details further.

I am an extremely low maintenance housemate with a busy work and private life. What I really need is a place I can park my camper conversion van full time and take a shower every now and then.
