The house is in a really peaceful, quiet and beautiful area. I really like living here and am looking for a roommate / someone to rent the second room. The views are AMAZING. And your room has a sliding glass door that opens up to a private patio / balcony.
A little bit about the house... There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen (appliances, cooking utensils, etc.)
I keep a clean and tidy home - the house pretty much looks exactly as the pictures any day of the week.
