Searching in Pleasant Hill, IA
"Hi everyone! I’m a reliable, easygoing professional looking for a clean, respectful, and friendly roommate to share an apartment.
On weekdays, I keep a fairly steady routine with work and general day-to-day activities. During my downtime, I like staying active—whether that means heading to the gym, exploring local spots around town, or just unwinding at home with music or a good movie.
When it comes to living together, I value a home that feels like a comfortable, stress-free haven. I’m conscientious about keeping shared areas clean, organized, and tidy, and I appreciate someone who naturally does the same. I respect personal space, quiet hours, and privacy, but I’m always open to catching up over coffee, sharing a meal, or hanging out whenever our schedules align. I’m also fully communicative about house rules, shared expenses, and guest expectations so that everything stays smooth and transparent for both of us.
