This is a share house. You only get private room with share kitchen and share toilet. Other tenants are all working and hardly even seen them as they work night shift and sleep on the day time. The house Only walking distance to Swansea Uni and singleton hospital,peace with surrounding woods,close to the shops and everything you need daily,botanical garden and beach not far too. Only I don’t accept pork, pet and no alcohol please…thank you.
