I am 420 friendly I don’t smoke, but I have nothing against itjust not inside the apartment. If you wanna smoke, you could smoke on the balcony. Rent is $775 if you would like air conditioner, it cannot be the kind that you put in the window. Be an extra $25 a month as I do pay the Hydro. Internet is included. There is laundry in the building and garbage container It’s a nice quiet building sounds like you please send me a message. This single private room is located at the second floor of the house near the front. It has a beautiful view across the window with ample of sunlight. Bus stop is just across the road and takes 2 minutes by walk. Dominos Pizza and Tim Hortons are at th back of the house.
