The neighborhood is the Lockwood community which is a quiet community a block from the Truckee river. The room is furnished with a closet and a bathroom across the hall. The house is 1475 square feet and i occupy the master bedroom and bathroom privately. I am looking for a person with the same quiet relaxed lifestyle willing to pay 650.00 month plus 100.00 utilities. Available 7/1/2023.
