We live in a large house on the beautiful North Shore. My house is close to all amenities; bus route, shopping, skiing, hiking, beaches, golf and downtown all within 15 minutes. I have a large property big enough to play some sports. I also have a large dog and two cats. I have hosted international student for many years. I have hosted internationals from, Brazil, Mexico, Germany, Italy, Japan, Canada, China, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan and Thailand. My home is 10 minutes to a ski mountain, and a shopping mall. 30 minutes, by bus, to downtown. And about 20 minutes, by bus, to the beach. The bus stop is about a 5 minute walk.

I live in a quite neighborhood and have big back and front yard with fish pond in front and back. I have five rooms available but there is two rooms in it, we have for specifically females only but other three rooms are available for everyone . We do have rooms for males as well. Our check in time is 2pm and check out time is 12 noon but we are open to requests. Also we only accept canadian cash or etransfer but no credit cards.

I am finishing school and my son is graduating this year . Not sure if and he will be coming with me or not because he is considering Marines. I've been a house mom for 18 years. Before I had my son I worked in a sound and video studio ( wardrobe, set creation, photography etc.) and promotions.

We provided of high-speed Wi-Fi, huge and clean room with windows, closet, computer table, nightstand with lampshade, complete beddings, family size mirror inside the room. Provided homestay for 19+ yrs. . Room in large superclean home. Guests are expected to keep it as clean as in photos. Female only. No animals allowed. Bus close one block. Must be very clean, tidy, quiet. No smoking, drugs, parties. I sweep every room daily and dust. Doors left open when not in. Must keep room organized, clean and bed made daily. I am EXTREMELY PARTICULAR ABOUT THE KITCHEN so rules must be followed regarding washing everything down after use and water restrictions are in effect in metro vancouver Meals could be provided for additional fee. No cooking past 7pm and no kitchen use after 8 pm except microwave. No eating anywhere but dining table. All Rules must be strictly followed. I have a list of rules expected to be followed I review upon arrival. Especially regarding kitchen and stove use and cleaning up after yourself in any space you use. No cooking strong smelling foods. No use of laundry past 8pm. And bathroom time limits to accommodate all guests. Floors can never get wet and you're required to clean all areas of it after use

I can cook I clean, I stay out of people's business and stay to my Owen, and I'm a musician I play guitar! I 420 and other substances friendly, bet you can't do more push ups then me.

This is a 2bed 1bath basement. The whole rent is $2200 which includes utilities + $70-80 for wifi, I have a connection with Rogers. I’m taking the 2nd bedroom which is larger and I want to split the rent $1150 me and $1050 + ~$40 for internet for the smaller room. If you’re comfortable with the smaller room and want to be my roommate! I have a video of the house if you want to get a better idea of the size of the space. I have a cat so please please be cat friendly, she comes with a litter box and a cat tree 🙂 I keep the house clean as I’m allergic to her lol. She is not friendly with other pets I’m so sorry. She has a personality so pet at your own risk. she mostly lounges in the house and will never disturb you (she loves smelling your shoes and playing with the laser) I have some furniture to put around the house and you are welcome to bring your own stuff.! eg I don’t have table/chair/couch but I do have a 5 tier shelf to put in the space next to the kitchen or laundry and I only use 2 tiers for my books and succulents. I also have an air fryer, microwave, kettle, pots and pans for the kitchen but I don’t have dishes! All ages and genders are welcome, the landlord requires proof of ID and income/assistance. No smokers, no partying!

I am Calm neat tidy person who knows his limits and want my roommate to do so. Privacy is very important for me. I do not like mess in kitchen. We should always keep our place clean and smells good

A room with a private bathroom. The building is close to bus stops, pubs, restaurants, grocery shops, etc. 15-min bus from downtown, 20-min bus to UBC. The room has a bed that extends to a king size. There is a closet, two drawers, and a stand-up desk with a monitor. Internet and utilities included. In-suite laundry is available. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces. Available from May 1st. I have two cats, so hopefully, you are not allergic. Also, no more pets are allowed due to the strata policy. Also, my boyfriend srats with me over the weekends. I'm easy-going, like to hang out with my roommate, but also appreciate my privacy and "me time." I like to have a clean place, and I appreciate my roommate being conscientious and clean after themselves.
