Hello, I am a clean , tidy, quiet, sociable 59 year old ( 21 at heart LOL ) who is returning to the UK after living in India & Thailand. For many years. Looking to live in a quiet household & nice area. Returning for minor medical issues & treatment. Need accomadation for possibly 12 months whilst finding Long term place to make final home. Budget up to 750pcm inc Bills ( pref less lol ) Deposit as little as possible due to cost of return to UK. Ie: 400 max could only pay over 2 installments, private income circa 3k pcm so no benefits claimed. Financial Statements can be made avaiable if req. Rent / deposit only payable on entry. sorry but too many scammers these days. Tried to verify myself on spare room but i'm not tech savvy so it wouldn't work. Can supply ref's no issue. CRB checked. Allthough retired will not be in most days as am very keen on exploring new places & finding things to do whatever the weather. also will be busy writting ones memoirs & re-visiting old haunts. Not vegetarian or vegan but can respect those who are. I Drink socially , but not ott. I am a non smoker. Am sociable but fully understand when one needs thier own privacy. Want peace & quiet !!! so house with children , music etc not at all suitable. Bed by 11 most eves. LGBT houshold no issue, as no issues with religion, food or other personal prefrences. Public transpot within a mile prefered allthugh non essential as will not have car for a month or so. Hope some one can help me . I am a very sociable person who gets along with anyone, I do prefer animals to humans but I can adapt 😁 I am looking for a place to stay and am flexible with it being an apartment or house, flat etc...obviously from reading the above I don't mind animals of any kind and I do smoke but am happy to take that outside. I do not mind it being unfurnished as long as I can decorate to my taste and style. Would be nice if I could have a pet there so if that could be noted, I have been meaning to get a dog but need to see how this works out first. I have no children and have no plans to. I am willing to accommodate and be flexible with certain things but I would like my points to be noted.

Tidiness is key, please. No unnecessary welcoming of different people into home.
