Hi, I’m Daniel. I’m 39 and moved to New York this past September. I’m currently living in The Bronx, but I’m hoping to find a place a little closer to my job to make the commute easier. I’ve been working at the same job since I relocated and have steady income.
I do smoke and I’m 420 friendly, but I rarely drink. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. It would be great to find a roommate who’s outgoing and maybe open to showing me around the city a bit since I’m still getting to know it—but that’s definitely not a requirement. I’m easygoing and just looking for a comfortable, drama-free place to call home.
