I recently moved from Phoenix and I need a place to rent. I am a chef and I'm looking for work. I was born and raised in Fremont and have family here in the area. I have a large savings and have no problem paying on time. I am looking to move in as soon as possible.

I am also in the process of getting an ESA letter for him. I plan to transfer from Ivy Tech to a four-year school in Fall 2026, so a 12 or 13 month lease would be perfect.
