Me and my boyfriend are need of a room to rent New to area together we are looking for a clean quiet well respected tenants who are respectful to others personal belongings and space my boyfriend and I work full time so we are mostly out of the house we are friendly love to contribute to keeping the shared house clean and we dont cause issues.

Looking for an apt just trying to shorten my commute. Current home owner / landlord in NJ.

I work at Lite Form in SSC 6:30-5:00 M-Thur and sometimes I Door Dash & do janitorial work at Big Iron Gym in Sioux City. I workout, Im easy fun going, I don't smoke or have any kids and you won't have any problems with me as a tenant or a roommate.

I keep to myself most of the time, and I usually work night shifts. I like playing video games and sleeping.

I’m very neat and organized, super easy to live with, and a great roommate. I respect shared spaces and keep things clean. I’m also rarely home since I stay busy most of the week.

Im a concierge for a lower Manhattan building who works the overnight position.
