Hi, I have been looking for someone I could rent a room from.My end goal is to find someone by January of 2026.I am stacking up cash right now so that I can make rent while I'm looking for a job. I don't have any allergies but if the person I'm renting a room from does I would like to know so I can be mindful for the sake of said person.If there is no laundry setup in the apartment please let me know so I can plan accordingly.I don't have a preference of the neighborhood so long as it's semi close to public transport because I cannot drive but I understand how big of a ask that may be.
