I’d prefer to live with someone with a similar schedule so we have time to chat during the week. I really value a clean kitchen and common areas. I’ve got a decent amount of furniture that I can bring with me or put in storage, including a washer and dryer. I’m free to meet for lunch any day of the week. I don’t throw parties but I go to them, and I enjoy having friends over. I usually meal prep on Saturday/Sunday, and eat out or make frozen pizzas the rest of the week. I enjoy doing my own vehicle maintenance, so I’d like garage access but that’s not a deal breaker if no. Hobbies at home include video games (PC mostly), and taking care of my basil plants. Non-negotiables - Washer/dryer in unit - Guest privileges - Even if our schedules don’t match up, you gotta be okay with me being up at 2am. - A CLEAN kitchen. I ain’t talking about mopping every day, but when you cook/eat, the dishes go straight to the dishwasher. I’m in a habit of checking the dishwasher when I get home to either empty it or run it before bed. IMO dishwasher should be run at least every other day regardless of how full - If we have A/C, we use it. Fall and spring are pleasant enough, but humid summers are Hell Preferences - I’d like my own bathroom but am willing to share with another person(s) - Large closet, but I can make due with less - A garage Looking to move in all August through September!
