Hi I'm Mary! I'm a dog groomer looking to move to Florida by the end of January with my Chihuahua Tasha Admittedly I'm not the best cleaner but I'm much more consistent if I'm doing it together with someone else. I'm super nerdy and I love gaming, books, anime, and dungeons & dragons I am partially deaf so I do speak at a bit of a loud volume but I can't quiet down if given a reminder. I'm also a bit of a night owl and will likely go to bed between 11:00 and 1:00 in the morning. I do have AuADHD so direct and honest communication is appreciated

I'm a very chill guy! Lol I'll pretty much be in my room most of the time or at work. I do like cooking so I'll make use of the kitchen sometimes.

I'm very organized and cleanliness is a must at least for all common areas. Sometimes you won't even realize that I'm home because at times I'm very stealth like lol. I like to pay my bills before the due date if possible. Transparency is my way of living as it keeps my energy leveled but I also keep certain aspects of myself private. Gaming is a favorite pastime as well as car repairs and gardening. Very comedic and easy to talk to & get along with. Just like a very calm, cool and tranquil place to stay.

I always pay my rent. I I keep to myself, and have a job where, trust , and respect apply the same as it would at home. I am a happy person, and like being close to my family.

I will stay in my room for most part so won't be much of a bother. I can clean and do household chores. I can help out in anyway i possibly can if need be. I bake a bit, but not that great at cooking. I have one dog, a chihuahua, her name is Dolly. I also hope its ok for my boyfriend to stay aswell, i'll make sure he follows rules, cleans up after himself, and be respectful. I'm a currently a senior but I do have a part time job so I make at least up to 1000-1200 a month its really dependent. After I graduate I plan to either go full time or get another job (hopefully this information helps).
