My name is John Hawn and I am interested in the room you have for rent.   I am 54 years young and have lived in OC for about 2 years.  I am a retired mathematician; I taught at the University level for 20 years. I am currently on disability and receive a guaranteed check every month. I volunteer around town sometimes to stay busy. I am a very clean and organized person. I love to cook for many people at once (used to throw dinner parties regularly).  I am fully vaccinated.  I don't drink and I am in the process of quitting smoking.  I am an extrovert and love people and good, intelligent conversation. I am a member of the LGBTQIA community. I enjoy music, movies and television, I am also an avid reader.  I am quiet, laid back and am a people person. I am a foodie and enjoy going out to restaurants or trying new places in town. I don't drive because it is too expensive in SoCal but I use Uber quite a bit. I have a bachelor's degree in musical theatre (trained actor/singer/dancer) and a bachelor's and master’s degree in mathematics.
