Cause I'm good guy not sure what all to say other than I'm 40 yr old. If kids a respectable id think about giveing the kid stay in a chance.. id be a great roommate cause I stay to myself for the most part. And when working would rarely be their. I respect others boundaries and personal items. And I expect the same in return. I'm very picky so don't think I'm acting funny of I say no when offered anything. If you're nasty nor tend to wash hands after doing etc just scroll pass me. I'd monthly for 3 months to see if I m able to handle living with you you. If not feasible I'm willing to do 6 months starting out nothing more. Don't want to be locked down somewhere I'm not able to be comfortable.
