I am finishing school and my son is graduating this year . Not sure if and he will be coming with me or not because he is considering Marines. I've been a house mom for 18 years. Before I had my son I worked in a sound and video studio ( wardrobe, set creation, photography etc.) and promotions.

I'm a relatively new resident to Sioux Falls and I am looking for a roommate around the end of August. I have no official prior rental history but I recently obtained a stable job with Avera. I'm hoping to stay within 10 minutes of the McKennan Hospital (Flexible) and I cannot go higher than $700 (my half of the rent - preferably less) on rent per month. I am a laid back individual, tend to keep to myself, my current focus mainly being work and I am looking for someone who can respect that. I am fine with visitors, overnight or otherwise, so long as my own personal space is respected (and vice versa).

I just need to get out of my parents house. I am planning out in mid June. So that way, I need to invest my money so I can get out of state anytime soon. I work at Target full time and am a part time student at art school. I'm mostly alone and don't bother anyone. I do my homework, gaming and story writing. I watch something on Netflix or etc. I just want to be independent for a while.

Am Not a talkative person, l talk but not too much. Am a clean person who like to be in a clean area. I drink beverages but not smoking. Am not a party animal. I love music 🎶 🎵 and different other cultures. I do not smoke. Am a good, friendly, respectful 🙏,polite and easy person to talk to. Am a good listener party person sometime, nor every month also Am a single 👨. I like sports and reading. I do not have kids or wife.
