I'm a professional Independent Contractor, I save money and spend my money wisely. I am looking for the same in my roommate. I have a license and I work 10-16 hrs a day. I'm curious to know if you would prefer last months rent non-refundable rather than security deposit which is refundable upon lease term end date.
