It is just me and my mom living in the house. I am going off to college but will be back regularly. We have a backyard garden with seating and a pond, great for some relaxation and soaking in the sun. Laundry is good to use along with the internet. AC is usually kept at about 77-78 degrees Fahrenheit. We speak Mandarin and English. Each room will consist of a full or queen-sized bed, a closet, and a desk. Homecooked meals will be provided and will mainly be Chinese food. Our home is best suited for students who will be attending the schools nearby. We also have a piano in the home that guests can feel free to use.
