We live in a quiet residential neighborhood in the outer Mission district of San Francisco, approx. 15 minutes from SFO and downtown San Francisco. We are 5 blocks from BART and MUNI Metro stations and walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Our house has a large bright living room, a dining room and kitchen combo. The upper level has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a family room. We have three lively dogs - a German Shepherd, a Panda Shepherd and an Alaskan Husky. We live in a quiet residential neighborhood close to a university, several parks and a nice shopping center. A streetcar takes you directly to the center of the city and there is good public transit to every part of San Francisco. We offer 3 bedrooms to international students and interns who will be staying for at least 30 days. The atmosphere is very friendly and the rule is "English-only" so everyone has a chance to improve their spoken English. The three guest bedrooms share one large, remodeled bathroom. We provide food for a self-serve breakfast as well as basic cooking supplies. Guests may use the kitchen for light cooking provided they clean up after themselves. Your room will be cleaned and fully supplied with bedding and towels before your arrival. During your stay, we don't go in the bedroom but provide cleaning supplies and equipment for you to use. Your hosts are a retired nurse and a software engineer. For more than 20 years, we have been hosting exchange students and other international visitors from many countries. We enjoy introducing our guests to the beautiful city of San Francisco.

The bedroom is adjacent to the living quarters and has a remodeled bath with shower. We are walking distance to shops and public transportation, including BART. Our house is located on the Northside of the city in a quite and safe subarb . We are 3 km from the city center and 15 mins drive to airport. The Balboa Bart (Bay area transit) is block a half from my house. The municipal bus stop is only block away.

Hi,my name is christina montano im currently been married for 6 years year with my husband. and we have two kid Isabella and baby frankie. we Love to do family outing and mostly stay to ourself. Recently My mother in law kick me, my husband and our two kids in the stress she didn't want us Living there she said it too much and she can't handle it nomore. so that when basically came homless and it been hard ever since on these street. we were using our motel vocher the county office had gave us which was the 16 days and Last friday was our last day and after that they can't help us no more and basically on our own. We been looking for a place everyday and still no luck eaither it not on budget range or its not available. So we been staying after motel after motel we do income of $1346 we are just trying to get a room for rent, we are willing to pay 950 with electricity included or watever you offer to us. We are good people we give no trouble we basically stay to ourself , most of the time I just go to my son appointment he has . we pay our rent on time and most of the time my daughter will be in school we just asking for help.hope somone get a chance and read this message.
